When & Where
– FieldFest 2018 returns to St Peter’s Primary School, Fabians Way, BN5 9PU on Saturday 7th July.

Ticket Sales – tickets will go on sale, Friday 8th June from our friends at Stokes of Henfield, Jasmin’s Florist and of course the St Peter’s school office. Prices are £6 for an adult, £4 for children (under 3’s free) and £20 for a family ticket (2 adults, 3 children).

Ticket Policy – once purchased no refunds can be given for unused tickets. However you are welcome to give your ticket to a friend. All we would ask is, in the interest of fairness, that you do not sell them for anything over face value. You will be required to swap your printed ticket at the gate for a festival wrist band – so please do not forget to bring them on the day.

Timings – as per our recent updates regarding the footy, gates will now open at 2-15pm, football coverage in the hall from 2-30pm, with our music line up kicking off from around 5pm and running through to 9pm. Don’t panic though, the night isn’t over when the last band sings, it just means its your time to shine with our a FieldFest Massaoke party. What’s Masseoke we hear you ask? Think Karaoke, projected on the back of our stage, 100’s of singers and a sound system… awesome right!!

Food & Drink – we will have an excellent selection for all the family on site, including both alcoholic and soft drinks and a selection of different foods – all available throughout the day.

Accessibility – car parking is available at the Leisure Centre, surrounding roads and in the village (a short walk to the school). As usual we would ask that you respect our neighbours, drive carefully and park responsibly. Disabled access is through the main gates, please be aware that the entire site is a mix of tarmac and grass fields.

What should you bring – the weather will be warm and sunny* but we would recommend you come ready for any sort of weather so you don’t have to worry about missing a thing should a sudden summer shower arrive. Please also don’t forget sun hats, sun screen and a good pair of comfy dancing shoes!

What should you not bring – please don’t bring any of your own alcoholic drinks, glass bottles, pets, fireworks, sad faces. Please note that no dogs are allowed on site except guide or assistance dogs. We would also request that you don’t bring your dog and leave them outside, last year it was hot and busy and it really wasn’t nice for anyone, specifically the dogs, when they were left attached to the fence.

Smoking – FieldFest is being held on the fields at St Peter’s Primary School and as such school rules dictate that there is no smoking on the school grounds – not even out back of the bike sheds!

Use of imagery – by attending FieldFest you are agreeing to the use of your and your family’s images in our event publicity, both locally and online. Please contact us to discuss any concerns.

* Please note we cannot guarantee that the weather will be warm and sunny and have merely used these words on this page for reasons of optimism.
